1. 適用範圍

本政策說明 CelerCam Android App（以下稱「CelerCam」）如何處理資料。CelerCam 的用途是把手機的相機畫面與選用的麥克風聲音，透過 USB 或區域網路送到使用者指定、執行 CelerCam OBS 外掛的電腦。

2. 我們不蒐集的資料

CelerCam 不建立帳號，不蒐集姓名、電子郵件、位置、聯絡人、裝置識別碼或其他個人資料。我們不使用分析、廣告、當機回報或追蹤服務，也沒有會蒐集資料的第三方 SDK。

CelerCam 沒有雲端影音伺服器。開發者收不到、看不到，也不會保存你的相機或麥克風內容。

3. 影音如何傳輸

啟動串流後，CelerCam 會在手機上即時擷取與編碼影音，再直接送到你指定的電腦。USB 模式使用裝置與電腦間的本機 ADB 轉送；WiFi 模式使用同一個區域網路上的直接 TCP 連線。影音不會先傳到我們或第三方的伺服器。

CelerCam 本身不會把串流寫成錄影檔。你若在 OBS 內錄影、直播或啟用虛擬攝影機，後續處理與保存由你在電腦上的設定及所選服務決定。

4. 權限用途

• 相機：擷取你要送到 OBS 的畫面。這是核心功能所需。
• 麥克風：擷取選用的聲音。只有你開啟音訊功能時才會要求及使用。
• 網路與網路狀態：在區域網路上接受你指定電腦的連線、傳輸影音，並顯示可用的本機網路資訊。
• 通知：在支援的 Android 版本顯示串流前景服務狀態；不會用於廣告或追蹤。

5. 本機設定與資料保留

解析度、畫面更新率、位元率、連接埠及音訊開關等設定只保存在你的手機上。串流中的影音只存在於即時處理所需的短暫記憶體緩衝，處理完成後即覆寫或釋放，CelerCam 不保留副本。

停止串流會停止影音處理。你可以透過 Android 的「清除儲存空間」或解除安裝 CelerCam 刪除本機設定；因為我們沒有持有你的資料，所以沒有可向我們申請刪除的伺服器端資料。

6. 傳輸安全

USB 模式透過你直接連接的裝置與電腦傳輸。WiFi 模式目前使用區域網路內的直接 TCP 連線，CelerCam 不另加應用層加密。請只在你信任的私人網路上使用 WiFi 模式，並妥善保護路由器與電腦。

7. 兒童隱私

CelerCam 並非專為兒童設計，且不會刻意蒐集兒童的個人資料。由於我們不經營資料收集伺服器，也無法建立任何使用者（包含兒童）的個人資料檔案。

8. 政策變更

若 CelerCam 的資料處理方式改變，我們會更新本頁內容與生效日期。新增雲端服務、分析工具或第三方 SDK 前，也會同步修訂政策與商店的資料安全聲明。

1. Scope

This policy explains how the CelerCam Android app (“CelerCam”) handles data. CelerCam sends camera video and optional microphone audio from your phone to a computer you choose, over USB or a local network, for use with the CelerCam plugin for OBS.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

CelerCam does not create accounts or collect names, email addresses, location, contacts, device identifiers, or other personal information. We do not use analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking services. The app contains no third-party SDK that collects data.

CelerCam has no cloud media server. The developer does not receive, view, or retain your camera or microphone content.

3. How Media Is Transmitted

When you start streaming, CelerCam captures and encodes media on your phone and sends it directly to the computer you choose. USB mode uses a local ADB forward between your phone and computer. Wi-Fi mode uses a direct TCP connection on the same local network. Media is not routed through a server operated by us or by a third party.

CelerCam does not save the stream as a recording. If you record, broadcast, or enable a virtual camera in OBS, any later processing or retention is controlled by your computer settings and the services you choose.

4. Permissions

• Camera: Captures the video you choose to send to OBS. This is required for the app's core function.
• Microphone: Captures optional audio. CelerCam requests and uses this permission only when you turn audio on.
• Network and network state: Accepts a connection from the computer you choose, carries media over the local network, and displays available local network information.
• Notifications: Shows the foreground streaming-service status on supported Android versions. Notifications are not used for advertising or tracking.

5. Local Settings and Retention

Settings such as resolution, frame rate, bitrate, port, and the audio toggle are stored only on your phone. Live media exists only in short-lived memory buffers needed for real-time processing. Those buffers are overwritten or released after processing, and CelerCam keeps no copy.

Stopping the stream stops media processing. You can delete local settings through Android's Clear storage action or by uninstalling CelerCam. Because we do not hold your data, there is no server-side data for you to ask us to delete.

6. Transport Security

USB mode transfers media through the phone and computer you directly connect. Wi-Fi mode currently uses a direct TCP connection on the local network without an additional CelerCam application-layer encryption protocol. Use Wi-Fi mode only on a private network you trust, and secure your router and computer.

7. Children's Privacy

CelerCam is not designed specifically for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we operate no data-collection server, we cannot build a personal profile for any user, including a child.

8. Changes to This Policy

If CelerCam's data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. We will also revise this policy and the store Data safety disclosure before adding any cloud service, analytics tool, or third-party SDK.
